Day-to-day work
Create and share a useful page
Make a booking page, staff page or service page, then check who can use it.
Describe what the page should do
- Open Page and select the project or page you want to work on.
- Use its chat panel to describe the audience, information and action the page needs.
- Name the sheet or business records it should use. If none exist, ask what is needed first.
- Wait for a new preview, then open it.
Create a booking enquiry page using our services and opening hours. Ask for a name, contact number and preferred time. Make it clear this is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Prepare a preview first.
Test more than the appearance
- Check the business name, prices, opening hours and contact details.
- Use the desktop and mobile preview controls. Read long labels and try every main button.
- Submit one clearly marked test enquiry and check where its record appears. Remove the test record when finished.
- Try the page as the intended visitor or staff role. An owner preview does not prove that a customer can access it.
Check access, then publish
In page settings, review Public or Private, protection and the available role choices. Customer-facing and staff-only pages need different access. Some projects apply access per page as well.
Where the editor shows Latest preview and Live, they are different versions. Review the latest preview before pressing Publish. Open the live link afterwards, check it again, then share that link with the intended audience. Keep owner preview or “log in as” links to yourself.
Make a correction or restore an earlier page
Describe the correction in the page chat and review the next preview. The version selector lets you inspect earlier versions. If available in Settings → Versions, Rollback can restore a previously published version. This changes the published page version; it does not undo customer records, messages or payments.
