Build your routine

Prepare your next promotion

Turn a real offer into a campaign draft, check the details, then review publishing.

Start with an offer you can fulfil

Open Marketing. Use the campaign or assistant entry offered in your workspace. Describe your business, intended customers, offer, dates and the channels you want to use. Add your approved logo, photos and current service information.

TRY ASKING
Draft a promotion for our weekday introductory class. Use the approved price list. Include who it is for, the offer end date and how to enquire. Leave missing details as questions. Prepare a draft for review; do not publish it.

Review the words and visuals

  • Confirm the price, currency, dates, availability and offer conditions.
  • Check business names, logo, spelling and the destination link.
  • Review images and generated media for inaccurate details. Use material your business is entitled to share.
  • Read the post in the language your customers use. Replace vague or exaggerated claims with something you can support.

Review the publishing step separately

A generated asset or campaign plan is not proof that a post is live. In the publishing screen, check the connected account, final content, timing and any approval or workflow controls. Use only channels available in your workspace.

After publishing or scheduling, inspect the status. If it is meant to be live now, open the post on the destination channel. For a scheduled post, check the scheduled time and later confirm the actual publication.

Keep what worked

Store approved materials where your team can find them. When reviewing campaign results, check which channel and period a report covers. Use enquiries and bookings alongside available engagement figures; a draft forecast is not an achieved result.
