Describe the result you want in everyday language, then review what it produces.
Make a clear request
- Open Copilot and choose Typework AI from the mode menu, if available.
- Say what you want, which information to use, and any limits. Attach a file or select the relevant item when helpful.
- Answer any follow-up questions. Wait for the result or open the item it creates.
- Check the actual file, page or record, then ask for a correction in the same conversation.
TRY ASKING
Using the bookings sheet, list tomorrow’s appointments in time order. Show the customer, service and staff member. Flag missing details. Do not change any bookings.
Choose the mode that fits

Only the modes available to your account appear. Older conversations or help may refer to Typework AI as Max.
Be explicit about changes
If you only want an idea, say “draft only” or “do not change the records”. AI can also take actions, so read any proposed changes and confirmation choices carefully. Approval steps vary by action and mode; do not assume every action will ask first.
When the result is not right
Point to the exact part to fix: “Keep the layout. Change Saturday closing time to 6 pm.” If a fact is missing, supply the correct source. A confident answer is still something to check.
