Manage your account and usage

Check the account you are using

Open Settings → Account and confirm you are working in the intended business account before making changes. Review your business and contact details.

Choose your language

Use the language option in the account card or Personalize settings. The current interface offers English and 繁體中文. This guide’s language switch changes the guide only; it does not change your Typework account.

Read your plan and usage

Open Settings → Billing to review the plan, credit balance, usage and billing controls available to your account. Some accounts have different billing arrangements. Use the figures and prices shown in your account at the time you make a decision.

If work stops because of a usage limit, read the message and check Billing before retrying. For a charge you do not recognise, keep the date and relevant usage entry and ask support to help identify it.

Get help

Open Settings → Help or email support@typework.ai. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the relevant page or task name. A screenshot with private details hidden is helpful.
